When i'm feeling blue...

... I cook!

I try to find a recipe to cheers me up - and also Louise :) Last week, I had an aubergine in the fridge:



Google to the rescue! Find a suitable recipe: a pie with aubergine in it.



The robot does the hard work - I wish...



Final result - it tasted as good as it looks!



And here's another one i did soon after, brocoli and blue cheese "gratin"

2 hours of stress busting activity latter:

A stilton, mushroom and potatoes pie; a salmon, carot and broccoli quiche and a simple cake.

It took me an hour to clean the kitchen and living room after all that thought!

It's a new record !

It's not the biggest, it's not the heaviest...

It's the longest!

And i've already made one and a half cake with less than a quarter of this monster!

My kitchen is not better

More courgette on the menu tonight: another cake and some papillote de courgette et barbet - made with haddock as i wouldn't know where to look for barbet here. Great food but the kitchen looks like this:
